I have Airtel Prepaid connection and my mobile No is 9414851766 and my name is Chandra Prakash Jangir. I added a SMS pack to Rs. 36 in last month and inspite of that the charges were deducted to from main balance for every SMS. Today Airtel has auto renew the SMS pack and deducted the charges from my main balance without any confirmation and information from my side.
How can they renew the pack? Request you to please look into the matter.
