I have been to US 6 month back and taken a travel card from ICICI bank. I have spent some money from the card on one restaurant. That restaurant produces a bill of 48.30$ and I have signed that bill. Because of some family problem I am not able to check the statement. Last week when I checked my statement I was shocked to see that in the statement there were 2 transactions from that hotel one of 48.30 $ and another 49 $ .I immediately wrote to the ICICI bank and they replied that as it is more than 90 days so they can't do anything. My question is can they settle anybill in my card which I have not signed. Can I take any action in this matter now. Please help me out
