Sir, I had applied for internet banking facility for my savings a/c 20093802031 at Mukundapur branch. After receiving the Log in ID and password from the bank the same is not working when I am trying to use it through internet. Customer care people are not willing to listen anything regarding this matter. What should I do now and whom to approach? Please help me.
