Problem in transfer money

Dear Sir,

I had transferred 10, 000 indian rupees from tahweel al rajhi batha branch, Riyadh the reference number for this payment is PON/88822805 seq:00071600011 to Canara Bank, Branch - Anisabad, Patna on 27/08 but it has not yet reached my current account no is 2819101002268, name - Shagufta Perveen. kindly look into this matter urgently
