Home Loan Provisional interest certificate

Hi,

I have a home loan in Andhra Bank. I asked the respective bank employees to provide me Provisional interest certificate for financial year 13 to avail tax exemption. But as per bank employee they are not providing these kind of certificates. But all other banks are providing these certificates.

Request you to help me in providing Provisional interest certificate.
