Electricity meter reading wrongly taken by the person who is taking through hand machine. In these six months he has given three times wrong meter reading. with this I paid around 1000/- extra as against I used. I approached concerned AE for justification. But he said I'll inquire and I'll come back. afterwords I heard that he transferred and new AE reported. Again I approached the New AE, but he said I am new to this area, I cant do anything this time. Mr Gopal, who is taking meter reading regularly in our area is a very arrogant person and what we ask him, simple tell that You ask in office, I cant do anything, this machine problem. But he is not taking proper reading every time. if we same time the meter reading shows different reading he is taking different reading. I am suffering with his attitude. Please justify...
