Delay in Ceck-out/Food Billing

I have accompanied with my Co-Brother Mr. Saravanan, (From Sivakasi) have stayed @ Brown Star Servicing Appartment, Chennai from 24/12/10 to 28/12 on the basis of Rs. 4500/ per 2BHK servic appartment Rs.250/- per day for morning tiffen for extra persons. When We have to check-out on 28/12/10 the people in the servicing unit also billed for extra persons and also @ their Hotel office @250/day extra to the tune of Rs.1000/-.When we asked for clarification the Hotel Management could not give proper reply nearly about two hours. My Co-brother have been a parpligia patient we could not seat in a car for more than two hour for merly a hotel Check-out.
