Online order amount not refunded

Hi,

After a month of follow up with the dominos store at indira, Bangalore, I am writing this message in the hope my complaint is taken and money refunded. the below is complaint,

I had placed an online order at the dominos website giving my address and paid via a debit card on the 23rd of Jan. An amount of INR 541.5 was deducted from my account towards the order (order no:133, time of order:1/23 8:20:46 PM, trace no: dc-83b15990). However instead of getting the delivery of the order I got a call from Mr. Mithun from dominos, indira nagar stating that I have to place a new order by selecting a different address and the one I placed has been cancelled. When enquired about the money deducted from my account, he said a refund would be credited to my account within 7 days. Till date I have not received any refund in this regard nor was my order fulfilled. When attempting to contact Mr. Mithun in this regard, there is always a response saying he will call within 10 mins and no response thereafter.

I would request you to please look into this matter as this type of service is nothing but robbery!!
