Liquore prices in the retail shops

Hi... In most of the Retail Shops in hyderabad, Liquor charges are higher than the MRP. No one is bothering about that, Openly they are charging higher price. e.g. if beer MRP is 60, they are charging 15 ruppes more. Dont how come they dare to do this. Are police aware about that. It should be stopped Immediately.
