Holding Offer Lette

Hi,

I have been selected by Aricent group after three rounds of interview. I have filled the Employment form and offer has been discussed by the company.

This offer discussion happened twice with the HR of the company called from Gurgaon. They neither say NO nor released the offer. Every time the HR called me it's a generic land line number which the company holds and which couldn't be connected from outside. Everytime the HR lied saying she will release the offer within a day or two. But they didn't. They wasted my two months plan and for their fake assurance I have lost good opportunities of my career. I have never such comapnies who conducts fake interviews and also don't undestand the HRs who calls and lies to provide offer. It's hard to believe in IT firms where firms run behind resources.
