Sir,
I was working in ATW Nirman Pvt. Ltd. (EC-3, Sector-1, Saltlake, Kolkata-700064). I had worked in this company from 15.04.2008 to 31.04.2010. They have deducted my PROVIDENT FUND amount (Rs. 516 x 24 Month = 12384) from my salary but they have not deposited the above amount in my PROVIDENT FUND account, and as per company's appointment letter they had promised me that they will deposit the same PF amount in my PROVIDENT FUND account. I have lost total Rs.12384 x 2 = Rs.24468.
Even till date they have not given me any PROVIDENT FUND account no.
I need your help.
