I was working in a company called Bramco WLL, C-104, Defence Colony, New Delhi. On 16th of Aug I have joined as Sr. Manager F&A at Manama, Bahrain. Everythig was good all of sudden Ms. Kanika Dewan (Group President) called me Delhi for 10 days as deputation for DIAL Project and I came to Delhi and started working their Residence cum Office at C-104, Defence Colony, New Delhi, slowly I came to know about the history to this company, like cheating poor workers, employees, sub-contractors and employees by not paying Salary on time and treating like a bondage workers.
So workers and employees came from Bahrain and worked for DIAL project and went and many of them are still working and getting their salary at Bahrain itself but not before 3-4 months, by doing this they have made huge money and not paid any Income tax to the Income Tax dept. I was looking the accounts here in Delhi and seen very uncommon things like not paying any Income Tax, service tax, sales tax etc.
My heartly request to the Govt of India or statutory dept to check there books of accounts so that govt can recover the tax liability from the company.
There is no timmings, no leave even govt holidays they are forcing to come office for work if anyone denies then co issues warning letter of points deduction letter.
Earlier I was paying income tax but last couple of month I have paid any tax because company has not paid any salary to me and finally I have resigned from my services due their unprofessional behaviour.
For workers they have issued any PF or ESI card to any workers but as per sheet monthly deduction is there but at the time of deposit they make fake salary sheet and producing to the PF & ESI dept.
Kindly look into this and help the poor people.
