Not providing ful & final settlement details

Dear sir,

I was employee of CAhead info Technology. I left the organization in 30th July. I was promised to get full & final settlement within 7 days for releasing, however company didn't transfered any amount till the end of September. the amount deposited in the name of Full & final settlement was much lower than my usual salary. there was suppose to be no deduction apart from TDS as company was not providing any benefits. I have been written them many a time however company is failed to provide the full & final settlement details.

this is causing a major problem as i don't know what was my total income and TDS from CAhead for year 2010. this information is require not only to fill the Tax return but also to submit to new employer so it can adjust TDS in its salary.
