I was working this company, as a Branch Head, since September' I haven't recieved my salary of December'2009 & January'2010.In this connection i submit my resignation with 1 month notice period giving to the company. And requesting me to relieve at earliest.they have not taken pain to reply or to reliev, and failing to send my pending 2 months salary.
