ZAP IT Optionz as they call themselves cater to web-designing, PPC and SEO services.
The company hires experienced people at a good range of salary by making good promises of growing job opportunities, grwoing business, etc.
On completion of 1 month starts showing its actual colors. They DO NOT pay salaries to people employed. They claim to set high targets at work and say salary is paid basis acheivement of targets which is just a way to get business wihout paying salary. They set unjutifiable targets knwoing that its impossible to acheive the same but the employees would strive to acheive the target which would lead to some business for the company. Entire month they keep quite on targets and start talking of the irrelevant targets by 20th or 25th as the salary payment day approaches. They also DO NOT pay the allowance sand reimburseements inspite of follow up. They are a bunch of fraudulent employers who do not have any fund to run a company. Incase of no job also, DO NOT join IT Optionz
