This company exploit employee, as rule and regulation are so hard. Even working environment so strict that no one can move from their seat during their working period except total of 5 mins out of 6:50 mins. Even employee could not able to take leave, fear of money deduction, ranking, compel to come, though that employee performance is very good. They day by day forcing more complex policy without any welfare of employee. They get lots of money from their client "Corelogic Inc" an American company. Management special HR group and Managing Director open company for few Sunday also. They take less education employee so that no one raise their voice against company. Yes accept, that it is Data entry company for Corelogic company but still they got lots of money for India employee and they don't give to their employee. Here employee feel to work like as a jail, as some employee are compel to work here as they work for this company for last 10-15 years, and not able to leave this company. And this company hardly gave them 15-17, 000 Rs per month after hard labour. They never hear employee welfare if it not give profit to company. Please do check their turn over, they donot disclose such things any where. They are doing some illegal process. Please help the poor employee.
