I have worked in the company for the past 11 years. Now I have resigned from the company and asking for settlement of GPF/ Gratuvity etc. When I request the company for final settlement they are talking about only the Earn Leave Encashment. Now please guide me how to claim the same. I have got my salary for the period worked and bonus. PF also I have got. I have no appointment letter issued to me, the only proof I have is pf certificate which mention my period of work. Kindly advise.
