Hi Guys,
Dhii Health Tech (or) Dhii Technologies (www.dhii.in) is the worse company i have ever seen in my career, its a big Fraud company.
On the Salaries part these guys are worse from every company, they will calculate salary for every 25th of the month and they will give salary on 7th of the next month. They will not give variable pay, no hikes...
They will never pay employees who left the company smoothly after their notice period.
Never trust these chennai guys, they are using all the employees.
This is the worst company i have ever seen, i am currently working in this company as of date, but some bastards like network administrator (Vijay) and some other people are pulling down Dhii, they took charge on few projects and making them worse, they dont even have domain knowledge & Technology and they are leading the projects, this is the funny part i have ever seen, i pity dhii.
Coming to the network administrator (Vijay) behaviour, he got married and had a child, after this also he will harass ladies who are working in the organization, and he wants to fuck all the ladies, Vijay you are a big mother fucker, one day one man will come and teach you a good lesson and then he will fuck your wife asshole, later she is gonna be a big Bitch, Vijay suck your own Dick.
If Dhii follows the same policies, i am sure Dhii will SHUTDOWN. Be aware employees of dhii and non-dhii people. For new employees i recommend never join in this company, if your case is worse than ever join in dhii.
I am warning you all, just compare the scenarios what i gave, then its your call.
