I Rohit Verma served in digiblitz (Chandigarh) for the period of 15 july to 31 aug as a software trainee. I got paid by the company for the periof of 15 july to 31july .the company paid me Rs 2648 for the time period, and i left the company on 31 aug by sending the resignation to the Gaurav sir..and now when i asked for my salary, Gourav sir told me that the compnay will not give me salary for the time period i spent there as the compant didn't fired me and i left the job at my will.
Sir this is to bring to your kind notice that i beard my own living expenses there to be in the company and to live in chandigarh. So, I request you to please issue me my salary as there was no such condition being framed at the time of joining that the company will not pay the trainees their salary if they will leave at will. I left the job after completing a full month. So I request you again to look personally in the matter otherwise i gonna file a complaint against the Digiblitz in the consumer court concerning that the company didnt give me any job confirmation letter and not paying me salary for the month i worked there .i have the detail of ma last cheque recieved as a part of salary from the company to prove as a proof.

I sent the above mail to my company delegates last week but the officials did not responded to the issue ..so i please request you to look into the matter personally..
