Directions Placement Consultancy is a consultancy in chennai in kodambakkam. Recently i attended an interview in their consultancy for HR opening. Initially they said i was shootlisted. But later they said i din clear second round as my communication was not upto the mark.

My question is that Directions Placement Consultancy should have rejected me in the first round itself if i was not good.

I dont know y they gave delayed result. If they reject ppl early, we can try somewhere else.

But one thing about Directions Placement Consultancy is that they were professional. The way they told the result was in a polite manner. My only problem is that they should not delay the results.
