Reporting manager hired me with 3 months of probation period. I was not satisfied with the management to upset myself and regret my decision to join the firm.
As I was told it is new management team and new staff, so they are hiring more people in the firm. In the duration of 15 days firm hired 3 more people with 1 senior manager, out of which all 3 left the firm with notice in 2 days. Also one of the directer of the company conveyed us "indirectly", the firm does not sustain their employees more than 2-3 months.
I started hunting for new job as their was no future in the firm. When i got new one, i informed my hiring manager about it and asked him to re-leave me in a week.
After 1-2 meeting to convince me not to leave, my manager agreed me to re-leave me finally.
I worked their for a month and had given best output and business to the firm. Not less than 7lakhs in a month.
2 days later when I left, suddenly a mail comes from IKC HR dept. to serve 1 month notice period. Unless that they will not do my final settlement, means they will not pay my salary.
Is their any way that I can sue them for my salary.?
