PF refund is pending

I am Dinesh Kumar Choudhary, My PF Account No. is MH/93716/71.

I submitted my Provident Fund Claim form on 13 April after repetitive follow-ups through mails. I got reply from PF office Delhi & Kandivali that they have deposited Ch. No.672520 & Ch. No.336223 on my SBI Bank A/C No. 30171808010 (Branch-Kishangarh) on dated: 28/10. But I have not received any PF amount in my account & I have also confirmed with bank authorities for the same. They are stating that there is not any transaction on till date for given statement by PF office Mumbai/Kandivali. After several calls, I interacted with Kandivali PF office employee, Ms. Vijay Madam. She suggested me to submit the form no. 19 again directly in PF office Kandivali. Hence I have again submitted Form No. 19 in PF office Kandivali on dtd. July14 with below mentioned documents.

1. Form No. 19

2. Previous Grievance Copy (First Reg. No. SROKN/E/00236) (Second -SROKN/E/00856) (Third Reg. No SROKN/E/01297)

3. Bank Statement Copy (Highlighted time duration of 2009 transactions)

4. Mail Communication Copy

5. Identity Proof (For PAN Card, Driving License, Voter Identity Card)

My previous company Efkon India Pvt. Ltd. is not helping me in this matter.

Request you to please do the needful in this matter.
