Non receipt of PF Claim

This is to infrom u that my provident fund account no is MH/46747/9332 and i have recevied only Pension Amount (Form 10C) Rs. 25, 388/- Ch No. 334434 dt. 20.08.2010 and amt of FF Amount (Form 19) Rs. 41, 596/-Ch No. 913997 dt. 20.08.2010 still mot been credited in my account. I am need of money plz do the needful
