PF Claim not processed yet

My PF Account No. is DL/34204/44 & I have submitted my claim at EPFO Dwarka, south delhi on 8th of April but yet the claim status on EPFO website is shown as under process.

Nobody picks up the phone at EPFO office ever. So pls. help me to get my PF account cleared & deposited to my savings account asap.
