Dear Sir,
I am Vijay Ram Ramireddy working in exensys software solutions from 02-Jan as a Sr. Software Engineer.
For all the employees (750 no's) the company is not paying salaries from Dec, we got a false promises from the management that all the salaries will be paid in Sep. With the postive hope and the relation & loyality with the company we co-operated with the management. But now they are liquidizing all the assests and trying to fly away from india by cheating all the employess.
We tried to file a case in Banjara Hills Police Station & also given a representation in Labour court (almost 3months). But till date there is no response or action taken by the respective departments.
Now I'm in a position that not able to pay by regular bills/ loans taken from the banks. Every one is harrasing me like anything to pay back the loans. Even I consulted with the banks to provide me some time to payback but they are not accepting my request.
REQUEST YOU TO DO THE NEEDFULL TO GET SALARIES. RIGHT NOW I'M IN A POSITION NOT TO PAY EVEN MILK BILL FOR MY KID.
