OFFICIAL REPLY FROM THE LEGAL DESK OF MY BONUS CARD TECH INDIA PVT LTD FOR THE FALSE ALLEGATIONS
1. At the outset we would like to inform that we have no business associate or any other business dealings with any establishment in the name and style of “sri vidya enterprises”. In fact on our enquiry it appears that the above said establishment as well as the so called proprietor of the establishment is a fictitious fabrication or invention by our business competitors created with the sole motive and intention of defaming and thereby to ruin our companies long standing reputation and goodwill. We request our associates/members to ignore and evade such evil and ill motivated comments in future.
2. No demand for refund as stated above was made with our company either by the above said person and his establishment or by any other company or person. In fact My Bonus never took any deposits from any of the associates. We are always ready and willing to clear all allegations, if at all if there is any, if they are ready to come up with legal claims for refund. No lawyer notice was received by us with regard to the above said bogus claim made by them. The above contentions and allegations are made only as a speculative and experimental venture either to ruin our reputation or to extract and wheedle out money from us, which they are not legally entitled to receive.
3. No employee was ill treated or harassed by our Company. We are ready to face legal action if at all any of our employees come forward with a complaint against us. In fact we were compelled to take appropriate legal action against two of our employees for cheating us and for misutilising the properties, brand name and goodwill of our Company and for disclosing our business information to third party competitors.
4. The allegation that our Company is involved in some criminal and fraudulent activities are totally false and unfounded made with the malafide and evil motive of ruining our reputation. One false complaint is preferred by one of our competitors by misleading and misguiding the police department and we are legally defending the above case by setting out the true and correct state of affairs before the legal authorities. Except the above said complaint no other complaints are pending against the company or its directors and all the averments allegations to the contrary are hereby specifically denied.
5. The further allegation that we have not provided inox tickets linked with the card sales is false and baseless. As a matter of fact voucher has been dispatched in time to all the associates who redeemed for the inox voucher offer. No complaints were received by us with regard to the same.
6. The above act of posting wrong and fallacious comments against the company amounts to criminal offence of defamation and we intent to take strict legal action against the above business establishment and the so called proprietor for spreading such false rumour against our company with the sole intention to defame our company and thereby to damage and destroy our company’s reputation.
7. As regards the allegation about one of our director Shanavas. M.P. that he is charging excess fee as training fee etc are made without understanding the qualification, expertise and experience he is having in the field. He has been conducting professional training programs to share his expertise on Smart card technologies and customer loyalty reward program with selected few entrepreneurs for past ….. years and considering his knowledge, understanding and skill the fee charged by him is only nominal in comparison with other people/trainers in the field. All allegations to the contrary are hereby specifically denied.
