Froud job Cunsultant and give wrong information or receiving money from customers

Respected sir,

I m a BCA student.because of my family problems I have search job..I call this company after see advertise in PUDHARI newspaper. He told me on call (visit OR kUrla office with 200 ID charges, Ur profile as a accountant or supervisor, salary given u around 12000 to 15000 in my company, next day joining)... he told me this is not a consultant it's direct company office production of plastic material..after payment of 200 Aditya told me (u want pay more Rs.1200 for company SECURITY DEPOSIT or OFFER LATER charges..after that payment u can join immediately.)I payed more 1000 for commitment on tomorrow instant joining..after finish payment procedure he get me payment receipt and told me I massage u OR Vashi branch address after evening 5pm..u can call me and join tomorrow 27/07..but 3 days he is not answer my call and cannot any response against visit Aditya office..hes ignore me... i visit again office then he sent me in national consultancy address and tell me (u will get there Ur offer letter or ID and joining formalities...) i go there And meet 1 lady of staff..he given me other company address..I told her (what is this yar? He said me for direct joining so why I have going for interviews other company's address..) I m frustrate and leave that office..after I leave office that lady was massage me on my mobile following-

sorry, lekin muje v yahi commitment di gayi thi... bt ye sab fake hota he dear... mera naam mat batana aditya ko please nahi to muje mushkil ho jayegi... sorry me off me nahi bata sakti isliye msg kar rahi hun..pls mera naam mat batana..mene v paise bhare the isliye i can understand... sorry once again.ye msg badme delete karna please... pakka na?)) he was paid 2000 something... I discussed on call..

after all payment I check my payment receipt and i m shocked i known there was consultant office..Aditya given me wrong information and give me non refundable amount receipt.that was a 5 Months subscription receipt for job consulting..plz sir help me and action on this company immediately because daily 20 to 30 peoples facing this problem and losing money there...
