I worked in Global Innovsource Solutions (GTL Limited), I did not resigned for the company. The company lost the project in Hyderabad location. So, they requested me to take personal leave of 3 months. After one month, I got a call from Hyderabad team saying that, they are reliving me from the duties, and collect the revealing letter from the office. At that time they asked me some time for F&F (Full & Final) settlement. I am doing the followup from that day on-words. After one year, I got a mail of F&F settlement saying that I have to pay money, due to early days of resignation.
Is it correct to Global Innovsource Solutions.
