In Gradatim IT Ventures Pvt Ltd Managers are very bad. They are getting a very good revenue. They are telling employees to work on saturday, sunday and everyday developers and testers have to work minimum 14 hours in a day. Manager is very bad in that company. If u dont like this environment telling to leave the company but u will not get relieving letter. Its worst company in bangalore. even girls are working there from morning 8 o clock to night 10-30. its like hell. employees cant try for job outside also cause they will not get time. they will not give a single day leave also
