Harassing the employees, not paying salary, deducting PF from salary but there is no a/c for PF.
Many employees who left the organisation because of Salary, sometimes they are reducing the salary sometimes they are not paying. but for one or two employees everything is OK because they are near and dear for them and others are waste fellows. Every time they will say to take extra responsibilities to everybody like bring students for Gemini, bring business testing, bring projects of dotnet. if you are fail to bring all this then your performance is not good and they will not pay.
they are deducting the salary for PF but there is no PF A/C for the employees who left. They Grasp the PF amount as well as there salaries. Employees are not saying anything because Grapesoft can harm their career by giving wrong information about their employement if any employeement verification will come in future from any employer.
They are playing with the emotions of many students by giving training with Gemini and saying that after training they will hire. after training they will hire only those who are ready to serve free of salary and then after six month they will kick out by saying "no projects or its recession time or your performance is not good".
Observation: They are throwing many pebbles into many direction for getting business and profit but they are failed. they are doing different kinds of business sitting under the roof of their own house in mehediptnam but they are failed to get project as well as business and finally they are harassing the employees.
They are jack of all and useless for all. "BIG FLOP"
