My peaceful and polite permanent services with the company were suddenly terminated by KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd on 24the July.
The company has caused a seviour financial damage to my professional service by not paying my salary for the monthe of July.
Also the 3 (three) months compensation amount for notice period (as per the company appointment letter) is not yet paid by the company upon immediate service termination. A criminal offence complaint (complaint number 18110 registered on 2nd Aug) for filing an FIR (first investigation report) against permanent employee harassment by KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd has been given to Hinjewadi, Pune police station for further investigations.
