Employers not given me pf no

I had started working with HDFC Bank Ltd from 1-Sep and resigned my Job on 3-Oct after that I have tried several times before for the full and final settlement amount but not get the amount till now.

So, kindly let me know the status of Pf account.

This my second mail regarding my PF Amount and my PF office Mumbai. Please do the needful to me ASAP.
