I am S. Ansari, my personal A/c No.- is 17390, I have taken V.R.S. from H.S.C.L., Vishakhapatnam on 31/07/1995. For my Family Pension fund, I was submitted Form 10 C for Withdrawal benefit with all required documents. But unfortunately neither I have received my claim nor any response from their side. Being correspondence had been made many times, but there is no response for the same. Last time in I visited to Chief Information Officer of HSCL, Corporate Office, 5/1 Commissariat Road Hasting, Kolkata and Regional EPF Office also. I was suggested to re-submit the forms (10D) at HSCL Vishakhapatnam Office. Accordingly I went Vishakhapatnam and re-submitted Family Pension Form 10D on 13th April. After some months, informed me that the form 10 D is rejected according to Mr. B. C Yadav (Officer of the Pension Deptt. of HSCL Vishakhapatnam) and send me another Form 10 C for settlement. I have filled that form and dispatched to HSCL Vishakhapatnam. After that I made a contact to HSCL Vishakhaptanam office, I acknowledged that the form 10C submitted on Head Office- HSCL Kolkata. Last 04 June I contacted to Head Office- HSCL Kolkata (Pension Deptt.- Mr. Sandeep), he acknowledge me that the form 10C submitted is wrong, it should be Form 10 D for Pension. So these type of confusion of form 10C and form 10 D, totaly I am restless. now a days I am suffering from both physical & money problem. So please Suggest me what should I do for this case.
