Salary Issues

Dear all,

I left this company 3Global Services due to poor management, however, after i left the company i was informed by HR that i will get final settlement salary and the reliveing letter after 45 days as that is the policy of the company. After 45 days i check my bank account but no amount credit to my account so i called the HR, she said there is some technical glitch and told me to wait a week or two. It was hard to believe that there is any technical glitch in crediting the salary where other employees of the company also the HR get their salary on time, however, i waited for more 2 weeks but until now i have not received my last salary from 3G.

when i was joining this company, 3G, i was asked to submit all the documents, all reliveing and experience letters whenever i worked previously but when people leave 3G they delay in issuing them the reliveing letters and that creates problem for us.

Hope something can be done about this
