This is the training center rather than a company. To join this center no kind of formal interviews are conducted just you have lend the training fees around 10-15000, after the payment you will be subjected to the training for 3 months (no salary). Trainers will have some study materials regarding testing and based on that they will start digging your future to the lowest level, if you ask some doubts and technical questions you will be excavated from the company. Based on your performance (laughing time, bathroom time, lunch time, praising the trainers for their excellency) you will again subjected to rigorous training for another three months (as a reward there will be no salary). Even some guys were in training for the past 1 year and for that they will give you a performance award (worth rs.50). The selection process will be based on,
1.CEO and board members reference (for them fees will be reduced by 5, 000)
2.HR and trainers reference (no gae limit for the joinees)
3.Based on their praising time of trainers some guys will be put into the project and to sign bond for 2 years.
They are well known for their false references to any employees. They dont give a proper feedback on any of the employees who leave the company even they properly resigned, which will result in the employee cant get job anywhere. They deduct the tax from salaries every month but they dont pay to the Government, except for few of the employees. Since most of the employees will be leaving their jobs in middle of the year. There is no professional ethics in this company. This is the IT company with full of politics. I have been worked more than two and half years. Especially, the training team torches an freshers (sorry money lenders). Team doesn't have to do any work. So, they eating trainees head by performing weekly trainings.
It’s been years they have been saying that they are trying for CMM level, but still they couldn't manage to get even an ISO Certification; I guess that's only to fool us and make us good about it. One experienced developer quits and they fills that place with 2-3 freshers. A single comment is more than enough to say about the company. To put the things straight this company is not ISO Certified so there's no proper rules or policies, higher officials can do anything to you, your salary and etc.. etc..
There is lot to say about the exellence of senior testers that even a single experienced guy is unable to say the English alphabets in a row. Most guys are nearly 3 years out of their college (no age limit for the joinees) and that will just join as freshers in the company by lending money. The management based on that money will fetch new projects. The two ugly trainers were training from the year of that are well known for their wickedness and cruelity. If a trainee asks some questions infront of others the trainee will be out of the company. There are also senior testers who will screw you up daily by giving their work to new trainees and they will never guide you (since empty vessel makes much noise). There is big conflict between them for ugly girls and their experience will be developed based on their proposals to them. Team leader who is about 40 years of age will wear jeans and ask the trainees to be formal and to be on time and he will speak only British tamil.
Theres a saying in the company that "CEO" says to a girl if she is not married when are you going to marry? If she is married he would ask when are you going to give me grand children (just for this dialogue people will be bounded hats off to him) If a boy goes to him he will say based on your performance you will be placed in projects or your performance will be lower. Management is very political and diplomatic in nature, they play their game plan against employee with very sweet tong manner. CEO of company say "Sir" to himself, how funny, and interfere to personal life of professional to gain his/her personal information, and he shows he is like your father to eliminate professional entity of the professional..Lots of people are quitting and poor fellows are joining with a smile on their face. We know how miserable they’ll be in few months. I find pity on them.
Finally, tea is not good. It’s just a sugar and water. Please increase the budget of Tea so that we’ll get a milky tea: o)
