Non Clearance of my Provident Fund A/C. No. MH/43482/386 by the employe

Dear Sir,

With reference to the subject cited above, most respectfully I beg to inform you that I have resigned from IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services Ltd. on 20th Aug. 2009. I was working with IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services Ltd. (Formerly known as Indian Oiltanking Ltd.), posted at Sivasagar project site, Assam from Jan.2006 to Aug. having its Registered and Corporate Office at 103, Spectra, Hiranandani Business Park, Powai, Mumbai 400 076.

Sir, After I resigned from IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services Ltd., project site office GGS-1, RDS, Sivasagar, Assam, have also issued me Employee Clearance Form / No Objection Certificate (NOC) on 13.10.09 .

After getting my Employee Clearance Form / No Objection Certificate (NOC) form IOT Sivasagar, Assam site office, I made several communications with H.R. Department of Corporate Office Mumbai through e-mail for my final settlement and release of Provident Fund. But all my requests were nullified by company from getting the Provident Fund.

So, I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and take a necessary action for early settlement of my Provident Fund.
