This is to inform you that I was an an employee of iSmart BPO Services
Pvt. Ltd. (Corporate Identity Number: U91110WB1994PTC066668) from
14.07.2006 to 07.12.2007.
Inspite of several communication, both verbal and written with the company at their Kolkata &
Mumbai Office, as well at their P.F. Trust, I am yet to receive my P.F.
dues for P.F.a/c no. KN/23372/6913 which was maintained by a private
P.F.Trust of the company having its address at :
Lovelock & Lewis Services Pvt. Ltd.
Employees' Provident Fund Trust,
No.55-58-80, Feet Road,
Opp. M.s. Ramaiah College,
RMV 2 Stage,
Bangalore - 560094.
Here I would like to mention that from June onwards the name of the
company in our pay slip changed from iSmart BPO Services Pvt. Ltd to
iSmart Global Private Ltd. Though we were paid salaries under iSmart Global
Private Ltd., the Form - 16 that was given to us at the end of the Financial Year
shows that we have received zero salary from 01.04.2007 to 31.03.2008.
I have also corresponded with the PF office in Bangalore & they have informed me
that they would not be able to anything as my PF is maintained in a Private
PF Trust.
I would be highly obliged if you could kindly guide me in this issue and take necessary
action from your end.
