Sir/Madam,
Below mention matter related to my PF claim which was send by me time to time to iSmartGlobal
Services Pvt. Ltd. also to PF office, but there is no response from any end.
I am belong to lower middle class family and I just want my right demand.
I donot know how this is possible and why I have not been recd my PF claim, also my Gratuity &
Bonus.
Please help.

Sir,
I am now in a great need of money, but my previous employer - iSmartglobal Services Pvt Ltd. closed their office from kolkata and the P.F A/cs maintained from B'lore office. I have not been recd one paise from PF which was deducted from my salary till they dismissed me from my job (From August) on the ground that my salary is high as per their capacity.
Now they neither receive any ph call nor give me any letter regarding this payment. Pl help me.
iSmart's b'lore office address is No.55-58, Devasandra, Rmv 2nd stage, 80Ft Road Rmv Extension, opp M S Ramaiah Hospital Bangalore-560
& Mumbai office address which is corporate office: Plot No.7, Malhotra House, Krishnalal Marwah Road, Opp-Tata Power Sub Station. Off. Saki Vihar Road, Andheri (East). Mumbai-400072
They deducted the PF amount till Aug which shows in my salary slip and my PF No. is KN/23372/175 AND as per my PF Statement (Last recd from the company) as on March the amount of closing balance is 135986.00
Please help me. Pl remember my case and take the needful necessary action asap because I am now in a acute financial condition. This is my earnest request to you to settle my claims because I know only yours office can able to make me happy arranging my PF dues.
