Not relieving me even after serving Notice period

Hi All, I work in an IT giant and i joined this company on Aug and am i am still under Probabtion as i have not completed my 6 months of probation before i get confirmed in the organisation.

In my appointment letter it is clearly mentioned that my Notice Period is 30 days during probation and 90 once i got confirmed.

I resigned few days back and assuming my Notice Period is 30 days and gave my commitments to my next employer. Now when i talk to my manager and HR they are not ready to relieve me before 90 days as they have certain client commitments, I will be soon completing my 30 Days of Notice Period.

My next employer is not ready to wait for me and the current is not relieving me, instead threating me of termination if i dont complete 90 days at client.

I am very depressed and tensed, how do i move it forward.
