I am an Engg. grad who got placed in Keane through On-Campus recruitment. This company came in the first slot and recruited many students. It also went and recruited from many colleges all over India. And in private colleges if we get job offer in one company we are not allowed to attend any other interviews. Due to this I couldn't attend any other company's interview (including giant IT and core companies). Now I am a passed out student and this "DUBAKUR" company has not called any of them placed in that company (it had recruited more than 2000 students from various colleges getting money from the management for recruiting students) while other companies have kept their word. Now to add to its shame it recruits BCA students thro walkins who passed out an year after us. Now this company has made the future of thousands of students a big question mark.
Please give me suggestions on what can be done legally against this company.
