PF not credited

Hi,

I have submitted my PF application in the month of april after 2 months came to know that the cheques already delivered to HDFC Bank... when i checked with HDFC bank, ITPL branch, came to know that the cheques are misplaced... again we submited reautherization form to PF Office through HDFC Bank for NEFT transfer on 30/08, Pf office said that the money will credited to my account within a month... im waiting from past 6 months no money and no proper respose from pf offce... always they say... its under process... please help me
