PF Withdrawl- Claim Submission Denied by the Company LGS

My Name is Abhishek. I worked for Lanco Global System (LGS) and left the Organization on 13th August. As per the Rules I have submitted the requisite PF Withdrawal forms to the Organization after two months of leaving, and continuously made the Communication with the concerned Department. I have dispatched the PF withdrawal forms along with the cancelled cheque from Indian Speed Post no. After Continuously making a contact from the last one month, the Owner of the Organization did not Process my Forms to the Concerned PF Office. He is completely Neglecting my humble requests to Process my Forms.

I would like to request you through This Forum, to kindly interfere in the Matter and and preach a lesson to the owner of LGS, so that in future he could never show reluctance in processing the PF Forms of his Employee.
