MAFOI MANAGMENT CONSULTANCY
EPF withdrawal submited on 7th Oct. but till the date it's not received

I undersigned an ex-employee of "Mafoi Management Consultancy" as CSR (Customary service representative) under Bajaj Allianz Life insurance co.ltd. Details given below:

I have submitted PF withdrawal form with all documents at MAFOI office (Central Plaza, Kolkata-700020) on 7th October. But till the date I haven't received the PF withdrawal amount, also I visited several time at MAFOI (Kolkata) office, but they can't say anything about it.

Please do the needful, from your end ASAP.

If it's not your duty, then it will be forward to the suitable place or give me any suitable mail ID for this reason.
