I left the Magnaquest Technologies in Dec. During my working period magnaqust has not paid below dues on time. This list is confirmed by the Account manager of Magnaquest.
* - 1. Pending Sodexho passes: Rs. 6, 750/- Sodexho as part of salary and company has deducted this amount for Jan to Mar. But till today they have paid this amount.
* - 2. One day salary Rs. 1, 321/- Company has dedcuted one day salary for Flood donation. Till today neither they have provided the donation receipt nor they have refunded the amount.
* - 3. TE Dues Rs. 31, 836/- This outstanding is pending from my travel to client places.
* - 4. Variable pay (Jan - June Rs. 22, 963 (net after TDS - Gross amount Rs. 32, 804 Less TDS 30%) This variable salary amount is pending from Jul.
After leaving this company I am doing the follow-up since Dec but not getting any positive feedback from the Magnauqet account manager/HR/Top management that by when they will be clearing this amount. Always they will be saying from next month they will be paying. But that next month is not coming.
