Dear Sir,
I was woking with Maharashtra seamless Ltd for 3 years and left the organization on 30/09/08 and after that I had applied for my provident fund withdral in the correct procedure but till date I have not received my fund to my account even though 2 years passed by now. It seems the employer has not submitted my PF withdral form in the PF office. My PF number is MH/36155/2651 and even I requested few times to the employer as well as directly to the PF office to do the needful but nothing has happened yet.
Can anybody do the needful to release my fund asap to my account as I despatately need for fund at this moment.
