Not paying salary to the employees

I have never witnessed such an unprofessional company in my life.i was about to recieve sum total of rupees 5000 from them but instead of that they paid me less then 10% of it which comes to around 498.the reason they told me that i had not served the notice period which was not true. i told to mr Laxman Gundap that sir i am ready to serve you notice period but he refused to do so, he told me you can leave from today itsef only.i thought of launching a police complaint against them but i dropped that plan coz i respected both laxman gundap and anil raut.i can use my political links also to remove my mone coz my grand father was x mla of maharashtra.but i will not use it for such a small people like anil raut and laxman gundap
