NET AVENUE TECHNOLOGIES IS EVER SEEN WORST COMPANY IN KILPAUK CHENNAI FOR ANY KIND OF JOB!!

There is no proper response from "HR NANCY" even after calling so many times.
The "HR" says that candidate is not in steady mind if we ask reason she never answer it but HR herself doesn't no that for what job opening she have called the candidate to attend interview and also if candidate ask she ignore to answer that what pay does the candidate gets or in what process of job he will be in working on ..
After calling for the interview she makes candidate to wait for long time even for one whole day in reception and saying lot of time she takes interview once the 3 rounds of interviews are over without saying the reason sends back the candidate to there home by saying again that she will short list and conform ah... If we ask anything finally she starts blaming on candidate.
After 2 days of attending interview we need to call to inquire about the attended interview whether selected or not even after calling two or three times "HR NANCY" says that the profile is not suitable, etc ..
I want to know either this kind of HR's are sitting in a companies to see the profile properly before scheduling or for time pass to provide to call for job purpose in there company and send off again saying unfit reasons ..
A profile is not suitable NANCY says let it be when a candidate sends her a resume via e-mail she can't see it properly before scheduling than how the hell she can schedule a interview to the candidate of the same profile to attend interview and latter she says that it's not suitable am i right or not... People just think???
These kinds of HR not in this company but in all the companies should be thrown out I don't no she is mad or not but she makes the candidates mad!!!
What the bloody response they provide to candidate itself just think than how does the service will be to the clients damn sure it will be in very cheap and low class level and response for clients queries will not be cleared at earliest.
Friend's do not join in cbazaar.in or Net Avenue Technologies they simply call everyone for interview and never provide job more over if they provide job means they will get the job work done by you latter on they wont provide proper salary too if we ask they have long script to answer it and manage it at any cost to avoid employees asking again for salary .. We all have to work in free of cost for them.
Like this kinds of companies and HR's like "NANCY" working in these kinds of companies should not be left as it is we need to take certain actions to avoid other company people to stop making mistakes to others like this...
They think that candidate who attend in there companies are bull shit fuckers & not intelligent.
We have to punish those kinds of peoples and teach them a big lesson.
They people think that they can cheat candidate and make the work to be done from everyone without providing the salary else they assign for interview and take interview latter if they are not interested say some unwanted reason and reject the profile.
I don't know about the CEO of the companies who are MR.Ritesh & MR.Rajesh are good persons or not but i hope and believe that inside company so many worst things are happening without knowing to Ritesh and Rajesh knowledge i am dam sure ..
And "HR NANCY" is No.1 mad & bitch who doesn't have any kind common sense on responding to the call properly either in the time if we meet directly.
This kind of employees seat should be tared of away but how they still have these employees in company i don't know...
Please... Please .. Friend's for god sake also do not attend interview and waste you time first career growth second your future is third.
Keep in mind and remember it forever.
I think if the company CEO'S read this message surely they take immediate strict actions on the HR & other employees of the companies who are like "NANCY HR" who is not fit and spoil the company names.
If the CEO'S itself like this than who take care???
Cheating peoples what they get i would like to know - Money, Happiness or Some thing else which is precious than all of this!!
