If u get any chance to work in PAM NETWORK i suggest u to don't join at all. The company manager PRABHU & his wife JAYA ll tell our company is like MNC n other things (bla bla bla)... Their they ll recruit as a Network engineer n CCTV installations n they ll never give u training (For FRESHERS also) in initial days every thing is okay but after few days they ll treat u as home servant n they ll never give Appointment letter n even salary also they ll give nearly 2.5 months (60-70) dat to one month salary n no bus pass (they ll tell wen u joining we ll give salary bus pass incentives) After u appoint they ll send to their client company's n their u have to maintain Network cables n also CCTV's if v don't do means he ll scold u very rashly. It's my own experience for nearly 4 months n main thing they ll hire only CCNA candidates only from some institutes if u get any call from this company pl don't waste ur time by attending interview.
