Respected Sir / Madam,
I am an employee of WebTek Labs located in Delhi office branch. I want to file a case against WebTek Labs as they have not provided my September month salary inspite of giving several reminders. In lieu of this harassment, I have resigned from the organisation on 29th October but still till date I have not received my dues and company management (Mrs. Puja Bhatia/ Mr. Mitesh Bhatia and Mr. Shayam Sunder Mantri) is not responding further to my follow-ups.
Kindly help me in providing the justice for further as they are playing with the careers of their employees.
