I Parul singh my acount no is 15111270 i would like to complain about the misbehaviour of, one of the Airtel Noida employee (Twinkle) who is SPE in the same and his mobile no is 9810124368 .My complain was that my remotcontrol of Airtel IP TV needs to be changed. i have registred my complain in customer care my complain no was 35139298 behalf of which spe of the company called and gave me the time to come.but he didn't come than i called and asked the reason. he rudely answered me and when i said is this the way to talk? i will complain about you. then he again very rudly said do what ever you want to do i dont care i m Spe in the compeny and my name is Twinkle do remember that??? I CAN NEVER EVER IMAGEN such words... from the employee of such a big company . i m really hurt and disappointed..i am sorry to say is this the way that the customer to be treated??
